UI & HUD

  • Updates to the in-game HUD, improving readability and making them more aesthetically consistent with other UI elements in Enhanced Edition.
  • Cutscenes
  • Fixed an issue with 'Aurick's Evolution' where Ryn's sword would sometimes clip through the
    camera.
  • Adjusted animations in epilogue cinematic.
  • Fixed a glitch in 'Siblings Separated'.
  • Improved letter animations in 'This is Ryn'.
  • Fixed issue where Ryn's sword would occasionally disappear during double jump cinematic.

VFX

  • Improved environmental fire effects.
  • Added physics material to snow in ch9 to ensure footsteps are more visible.
  • Fixed an issue where the ice slides would sometimes have mud trails.

Enemies & Combat

  • Fixed issue where the crab would sometimes become targetable through the wall in chapter 8.
  • Improved Steintroll attack animations duration and removed the double unstaggerable notifies.
  • Heavy attack soft targeting range is now the same as the leap attack.
  • Lightning blade can no longer be used while sitting on the throne.
  • Fixed an issue where the Steintroll would sometimes stay still for a moment post-death before the death animations happened.
  • Minor animation improvements with air dash.
  • Reduce mana cost of empowered blast to 30.
  • Fixed an issue where Red tutorial Steintroll would turn off cloth physics every time he did a red attack

General

  • Adjusted layout to ensure cutscene cannot be accidentally skipped in ch8.
  • Adjustments to collisions in various places of the game.
  • Spike traps in chapter 1, 3 and 7 now consistently reset.
  • Adjusted bridge puzzle in chapter 1 to avoid a rare soft lock issue.
  • Adjusted a respawn point in chapter 1.
  • Fixed issue where puzzle hints would sometimes fail to trigger in ch1 during torch/rotation puzzle.
  • Added missing 'Imbued Weaver's Flask - Tier 2' relic.

Optimization

  • Fix for for game crashes for certain AMD GPU's (especially 5600/6600 cards). Improved performance in Forynja arena.
  • Performance improvements during lava rising segments in chapter 6.
  • All chapters got a light and shadow optimization pass.
  • Optimization done on actors in the world.
  • Minor shadow optimizations.
  • Fixed issues with Nvidia GPU drivers sometimes overallocating memory.

Audio

  • Fixed SFX on time swap intro in chapter 9.
  • Fixed an issue where the ice slides would sometimes have mud SFX.

UI

  • Fixed issue where UI prompts for actions such as 'blast' and 'shift' would sometimes appear incorrectly.
  • Fixed an issue where some UI elements wouldn't display correctly if immediately after beating the game you would start a new game, without restarting the game
  • Fixed an issue where the level ups or unlocks would sometimes play over a cutscene.
